       वातावरणातील वाढते हवेचे प्रदूषण ,वाढते शहरीकरण यामुळे धुळीचे प्रमाण खूप वाढले आहे .या धुळीचे डोळ्यावर खूप वाईट परिणाम होतात .त्यातून डोळ्याचे विविध विकार होतात .डोळे स्वच्छ राहावे ,निरोगी राहावे यासाठी नेत्राप्रक्षालनाची प्रक्रिया उपयोगी पडते .आजूबाजूचे वातावरण धुलीकामय असेल तर रोज एक वेळा प्रक्षालन क्रिया करावी .

 नेत्रप्रक्षालन म्हणजे डोळे धुणे .डोळे हा अतिशय नाजूक व संवेदनक्षम अवयव आहे व बाह्य वातावरणाशी सतत संपर्कात येणारा आहे .त्यामुळे डोळ्याची शुद्धी करण्यासाठी हि प्रक्रिया सांगितलेली आहे .हि क्रिया करण्यासाठी विशिष्ठ पात्र लागते .त्या पत्राचे नाव -नेत्राप्रक्षालन पात्र

EYE GLASS

 नेत्र प्रक्षालन करण्याची कृती :-

1)    नळाचे थंड पाणी वापरावे .मात्र ते पाणी अति थंड व अति उष्ण असू नये .

२)    पाणी पूर्णपणे स्वच्छ असावे .म्हणजे त्यात कचर्याचे कण राहणार नाहीत याची  काळजी घ्यावी .

३)   नेत्र प्रक्षालन स्वच्छ धुऊन त्यात स्वच्छ पाणी काठोकाठ भरा .त्या पात्रात डोळा बुडऊन ,पापण्यांची दहा बारा वेळा पापण्यांची उघडझाप सुरु करा.त्यातील पाणी टाकून त्यात नवीन पाणी भरा व पुन्हा पापण्यांची उघडझाप करा .

४)  प्रत्येक डोळा चार पाच वेळा धुऊन स्वच्छ करा व कोरड्या टौवेलने डोळे अलगद टिपून घ्या .
